ABSTRACT ART

My abstract art is a journey into the unknown, an exploration of shapes, colours and textures that come together to create an emotional and intellectual landscape, a personal search for meaning, beauty and expression.

The canvas is my playing field, where I constantly experiment with the power of compositions, lines, the depth of colours and the texture of surfaces.

In this abstract journey, I aim not only to stimulate the senses, but also to feed the imagination.

They are invitations to reflect and discover your own meaning in these artistic explorations amid the vibrant dynamics of the world around us.

ELYSIAN INQUIRY 2023

"Elysian Quest" is an immersive and sensitive art series that reflects on my personal quest for timeless harmony, serenity and my take on ultimate aesthetics and refinement. Embodying a harmonious interplay of colour, form and emotion, the series creates an atmosphere of tranquillity and rapture.

With the artworks, I want to invite the viewer to contemplate and have a moment of escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life, 'rejuvenating' your senses.

In Greek mythology, the Elysian Fields were described as an idyllic setting where harmony, serenity and perfection reigned. I chose "Elysian" in homage to this classical notion of an ideal world, where beauty and serenity converge.

FORME LIBERE: A SYMPHONY OF MINIMAL ELEGANCE

"Forme Libere: A Symphony of Minimal Elegance" is a series of five large-format paintings in which simple, powerful shapes come together on a subtle naturally coloured canvas.

Evoking both animal and industrial movements, these abstract works exude a contemporary finesse. The free forms seem to float and create an intriguing play of movement and space. This series invites reflection on the sheer power and simplicity that lies behind the refined language of form on canvas.
